Are my clients' files private?

Yes. Files upload straight to private, encrypted storage over a secure connection: never a public server, and nothing a search engine can index. The only way to reach them is the private link emailed to you, so treat it like a key. SessionDrop does not sell your data, hand it to advertisers, or train AI on your sessions.
